You should bring any previous reports or assessments related to your child, a list of any medications your child is currently taken, your child’s vaccination records, any referral requests, and any documents relating to custody (if applicable).

Appointments usually take place in person at either the CAYS Malta site in Birkirkara, or the CAYS Gozo site in Victoria. You can find the full location details of both sites in the “Contact Us” section of our website.

A referral to CAYS can be done by GPs, doctors or consultants at MDH or by doctors in private clinics. Children may also be referred from MEYR. Children may also be referred from the Lenti Project.
